BREDY FARM EVENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tickets

To ensure the safety and security of all guests, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or evict anyone from site.

By booking your ticket(s) either directly, through a third-party agent, or from another person, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. A Booking Confirmation and re-tickeets will be sent to you via email.

Child Tickets

Child ticket holders must be accompanied by the parent or guardian who purchased the tickets.   Each adult may accompany up to 3 children.  Unacompanied children who cannot locate their adult will be treated as lost and taken to the Lost Child Point.

Carer Tickets

Carer tickets must be agreed in advance with proof of eligibility. The carer will receive an e-ticket and must provide valid ID on entry.

Accepted forms of eligibility include:
– Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independent Payments (PIP) f
– Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance
– Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
– Blue Badge
– Visual Impairment registration (BD8 or CVI)
– Local authority registration
– Recognised Assistance Dog ID
– Credibility Access Card

Carers must be over 18.   Children or teens acting as carers must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Admission & Timings

Gates open: 10am Friday (Thursday for Reunion) / 9 am on Saturday & Sunday (Friday & Saturday for Reunion)

Gates close: 11 pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday (thursday, Friday & Saturday for Reunion)

Venue closes: Midday Monday (Saturday for Reunion)

Bar opening times: 3 pm-2 am on Friday (Thursday for Reuinion) / 11 am- 2 amnon Saturday & Sunday (Friday & Saturday for Reunion)

Food & Coffee traders open from 8:30am, sometimes earlier.

Music starts: 4pm on Friday and MIDDAY on Saturday and Sunday (except June event which starts on the Thursday)

We request that all campers vacate the site Midday on the day after the festival finishes, and please respect and leave the site as you found it!

Tickets are non-transferable without prior notification.  Admission is at your own risk.  The Organisersacceptno liability for loss, injury, or damage caused by negligence, other patrons, or third parties.

The name on your ticket must match your ID. Contact us at info@bredyfarm.com to update.

Anyone under 18 must attend with an adult over 25.

One adult ticket must be purchased before a Carer ticket can be added.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.  Refunds cover the face value only.

If the festival is postponed, tickets may be used for the rescheduled date or refunded upon request within 3 months.

Tickets are non-refundable after the event has started or if they have been used for entry.

Glamping

Glamping for 2026 events is available via our supplier, New Forest Bell Tents.

Glamping does NOT include weekend entry tickets must be purchased separately.

All glamping at Bredy Farm is provided by our partner, New Forest Bell Tents.  Any bookings, queiries or issues related to glamping are handled directly between the customer and New Forest Bell Tents.  Bredy Farm accepts no responsibility or liability for matters arising from glamping.

Alcohol & prohibited items

Searches are carried out on every vehicle and every person entering the main gate and arena entgrance, even those re-entering.  They may also be csrried out at random.

Alcohol allowance per person:

  • 12 x 440ml cans of lager/cider/beer OR
  • 16 x 250ml cans of premixed spirit drinks OR
  • 3-litre box of wine OR
  • 5 litres of cider/lager/beer in plastic bottles or cans
  • Plastic or glass bottles of spirits are not allowed
  • There is NO RE-ENTRY with alcohol.  You may b ring this with you on arrival to the festival only.  Any opened bottles will be confiscated on entry to the festival.

No outside food in the main arena. Water refill stations available.

Prohibited items: BBQ’s, generators, sound systems, chemical toilets (unless in live-in vehicles), drugs. Confiscation or evictionmay occur.

Age policy

Challenge 25 operates at all gates and bars.

Valid ID: Passport or photographic driving license only (no photocopies).

General conduct

Line-ups and attractions are subject to change.

Bredy Farm is not responsible for goods/services purchased from third-party traders.

No public urination/defecation – offenders risk immediate ejection.

Use bins/recycling points provided.

Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

Loud music, pyrotechnics, lasers, and special effects may occur.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome free of charge. Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour.

Dogs must be on a lead at all times. Owners must clean up after their pets.

Live-in Vehicles

Only one small tent or awning per live-in vehicle is permitted.

Follow steward instructions for parking and keep fire lanes clear.

No electrical hook-ups or generators allowed.

Awnings attached to caravans or vehicles are allowed. You will be asked to take down any large tents

(excluding awnings) that are erected in this field.

Toilets and Showers

Compost toilets are checked and cleaned regularly.

We have a disabled toilet outside the arena entrance and a short walk from the disabled camping area.

The code for the accessible toilet will be provided on request to those who need it.

No chemical waste disposal on site. Illegal disposal may result in eviction and fines.

Showers in the festival area are free of charge. We have more but limited showers in the farmyard: £1

for 5 minutes; please use only at off-peak times.

Car Parking

Parking is free. Use the drop-off point to unload before moving your vehicle.

Vehicles are parked at owner’s risk.

All vehicles must leave by midday Monday.

Lost Property

Report lost items to the bar or contact info@bredyfarm.com.

All found items should be handed in at the bar.

Photography and Filming

By entering, you grant Bredy Farm permission to use images for marketing or promotional purposes.

Personal photography/filming is allowed; commercial use requires written consent.

Be respectful and ask before taking close-up shots.

Updates to Terms

Bredy Farm reserves the right to amend these Terms.

Updates take effect once posted on bredyfarm.com.

Ticket purchase after amendments constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
